Permata Group - PT Permata Hijau Sawit (PHS)

06 Apr 2020Permata received information from RSPO that a complaint has been lodged against PT. Permata Hijau Sawit (PHS) by Federasi Serikat Pekerja Metal Indonesia (FSPMI) on behalf of anonymous PHS workers
09 Apr 2020Permata launched an internal investigation to verify the veracity of the allegations
27 Apr 2020Permata, RSPO and FSPMI agreed to activate the bilateral engagement process
08 Jun 2020PHS and FSPMI conducted first bilateral meeting
24 Jun 2020PHS and FSPMI conducted second bilateral meeting and sign bilateral settlement agreement
11 Aug 2020RSPO officially closed the complaint against PT. PHS and the complaint is now in monitoring phase
26 Aug 2020Both parties reached a settlement, complaint is closed and transferred to Investigation and Monitoring Unit (IMU) for Monitoring
07 Mar 2023RSPO found Permata Group to be compliant in enforcing the action plan and the post complaints monitoring is formally closed
